Dallas Tigers Baseball Club
OverviewThe Dallas Tigers Baseball Club, established in 1993, has an impressive legacy of developing young talent and achieving considerable success in youth baseball. With 15 National Championships and a strong emphasis on player development, the club has seen 22 of its alumni selected for US National Teams, over 150 players go on to play Division I college baseball, and 33 alumni drafted into Major League Baseball.
As a nonprofit organization exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code, the Dallas Tigers are dedicated to promoting baseball by offering a competitive environment for players to participate as teammates in select traveling teams. The club’s coaching staff, hired as independent contractors, focuses on teaching, motivating, and enhancing players’ skills to their fullest potential.
The ultimate ambition of the club is not just to compete but to prepare players for college-level programs or to assist them in entering the professional draft. This objective is supported by an organizational structure that includes an advisory board overseeing operations and an executive board managing the finer details of the club’s activities. Each team within the club also benefits from having a team administrator, who ensures smooth communication and coordination between the board, the teams, and the coaches. This comprehensive approach ensures that players receive the support and guidance necessary to advance in their baseball careers.
